I teach a range of classes designed to support you through different seasons of life and practice.
Hot Yoga: a dynamic and energising practice in a heated room that builds strength, improves mobility and encourages focus. The warmth helps the body move with greater ease while offering an opportunity to challenge both body and mind.
Slow Flow: a mindful, breath-led practice that moves with intention. Slow Flow invites you to build strength, improve mobility and cultivate presence through steady, conscious movement.
Yin Yoga: A deeply restorative practice where poses are held for longer periods allowing the body to release tension through the connective tissues while calming the mind and supporting the nervous system. Yin offers an opportunity to soften and reconnect with yourself.
