Sidney Urban ⋆˚꩜。

I'm a Naarm (Melbourne) based earth fairy offering yoga, chakra healing, intuitive guidance and film photography for those seeking deeper connection, balance and support on their path.

My journey with movement began at the age of five through dance and yoga eventually leading me to complete a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance at the Victorian College of the Arts in 2017. While dance shaped my relationship with the body, it was yoga and energy work that drew me into deeper internal and spiritual practices. This calling led me to Kundalini Yoga which I discovered while performing at festivals across Australia and abroad.

Seeking further immersion, I travelled to India to complete a 200 hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training at Nada Yoga School, grounding my practice in its spiritual and philosophical roots. I later expanded my offerings through a 50 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Mel McLaughlin in Byron Bay. My path into energy healing also led me to Japan, where I studied Reiki, deepening my understanding of subtle energy and healing.

About me

Today I teach Yin Yoga weaving together philosophy, mantra, breath work, meditation and held postures. Beyond yoga I work as a Chakra Practitioner offering personalised sessions that may include reiki, chanting and intuitive guidance to support energetic alignment and healing.

Alongside my spiritual and movement work, I capture moments through film photography, exploring ethereal, dreamlike imagery that blends portraiture, nature, maternity, the mystical and more. I love collaborating with others to bring their visions and dreams to life creating images that are both personal and magical.

I'm so excited to have this space to share my offerings and the different modalities I work with to support anyone seeking extra guidance along their journey. All sessions are available online and in person.

Feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.
